I finally am a morning workout-er

All through my life, I've preferred working out in the evening.
- Nice time to chill out
- You're already limber
- Night runs hit different
Now, after trying it out in the mornings, some things have changed.
- Compliance is higher with a morning habit than your evening mood.
- Strength training is easier in the mornings, runs are still nicer in the evening.
- Evening workouts, for me, were a result of intensity. I didn't believe in discipline/consistency then.
- Morning workouts are more about consistency – you can rack up progress even without a goal to working towards.
- Helps with a healthy, early-morning shot of cortisol & endorphin.
- Mornings aren't slow anymore though – I write less frequently, can't avoid outside pace.
