my rehab plan
In case you haven’t heard, I’ve been bitching about my knee injury for over two years now. It’s kept me from running (except one competitive 10k) and adds minor inconvenience to my daily life.
My right knee has a partially torn ACL and an injured lateral meniscus. I’ve started and restarted my rehab a bunch of times. Simply, because no physio has been able to diagnose the issue authoritatively.
So, here’s my last attempt. This is my own plan, and I’m no physiotherapist, mind you. I made this on my flight back to me hometown. My issues will be solved if I do it for long enough.
