Backwards walk
Money has never been my big concern.
I want validation instead. And money is a great proxy for that.
I've always told myself that I'll go back to caring about things I used to care about in the past once I have enough. That's how – for the last five years – I've been justifying getting away from what I used to be.
I've learnt a lot, had fun, met good people. But now it's time to walk the talk. I'll never make enough to find whatever validation I (should) want and I have zero interest in shaving yaks!
Time to head back anyways.
